In the role of Advisor (Analytics), you will undertake data analysis and reporting activities to enable effective decision making across a wide range of products and services across Customer Services Branch (CSB's) diverse service delivery network.You will leverage your communication skill base and work with stakeholders to implement effective reporting requirements and provide advice on updating, improving and implementing reporting frameworks.Accountabilities include: - Process data requests to provide insights to support and inform strategic and operational decision making.- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of predictive analytics and data models to measure efficiency, effectiveness, identify opportunities, mitigate risk and improve the stakeholder experience.o Conduct data analysis utilising a strong understanding of tools including Structured Query Language (SQL), Python and R. Understand and make use of tools (Tableau, Power BI) to develop effective ways to communicate data/analysis so that it is easily understood.- Conduct a schedule of regular reporting, including the update of key performance indicators to ensure the on time delivery of business intelligence and management information to operational and senior management.- Assist with the investigation of data issues, and support assessments of business system changes that will evaluate options for mitigating impacts to data and improving data sources.- Establish effective relationships to facilitate a shared understanding of data management principles to provide operational advice and support to the branch.- Proactively take ownership of tasks, prioritises deliverables and ensures timely delivery of agreed outputs.This position reports to the Principal Advisor (Analytics) and has no direct reports
